Built to specification
What can be configured
Every machine is different. These are the parameters we match to your application.
Dimensions
Diameters, widths, lengths and shapes to suit your barrel, nozzle, platen, die or tool.
Watt density & voltage
Wattage and supply voltage chosen for your process and available power.
Sheath & insulation
Sheath materials and insulation type selected to suit the operating environment.
Terminals & mounting
Terminal types, lead arrangements and clamping or mounting methods as required.
From enquiry to supply
A simple, specification-led process
- Share your requirementSend heater type, size, voltage, wattage, temperature and application – or a drawing or sample photo.
- We review and recommendOur team checks your details and suggests a suitable product or configuration.
- QuotationYou receive a quotation against your confirmed specification.
- Order and supplyOnce confirmed, your order is processed and supplied as per the agreed specification.
Choosing a heater: key questions
- What is being heated – a barrel, nozzle, die, liquid, air or surface?
- What operating temperature is required, and how fast must it be reached?
- What supply voltage and available power does the machine have?
- How will the heater be mounted, and where must the terminals exit?
- Is a thermocouple or RTD, insulation jacket or control panel needed with it?
Not sure? Describe the machine and we will help you decide.
